merchants in Amsterdam, acting for themselves and the other parties that are interested in muscovado sugar and other goods of Gaspar Luis, Christoffel Bras or Manuel Andre, Estienna da Costa,
Pantalios Luis and others, that were seized by French ships, pass a power of attorney to appear
before the Parliament of Paris and to protest against the arrest put on 200 cases of muscovado sugar.
