Nr. 1589 - Diogo Drago, 53 years old, and Manuel Franco, 35 years old, declare at the request of Belchior Lopes that the bills of lading that were shown to them are from Rodrigo Alvares Drago in Pernambuco, and that the case of sugar that arrived from Porto without a bill of lading with the ship of Jan Marts belongs to Lopes and was loaded for the latter's account by Fernao Gomes Mendes according to a letter received by one of them from Mendes. 1618, November 19 Not.
